Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I use a holistic person-centered approach to help them explore problems with compassion and honesty so they can connect with their values and live more authentically. We use proven strategies to identify and replace any unhelpful thinking patterns, or be more mindful with the strengths they have.
 

I identify as Mexican-American, grandson of immigrants, LGBTQ+ therapist, and trauma survivor. I know what it’s like to navigate competing identities in an unfriendly world. My values are rooted in inclusion, equity, and authenticity. I also bring humor, warmth, and humanity into the session. I'm excited for the chance to work with you. ​
